Great work doesn't fill the calendar on its own

Referrals are great until they slow down

Word of mouth built your business, but you can't turn it up when the schedule has gaps.

No time to run ads yourself

You know homeowners are on Facebook and Instagram. Scripting, filming, editing and watching ads every day is a second job.

Burned by an agency before

You paid every month and still couldn't tell how many real quote requests you got for it.

Industries

Built for San Diego home service trades

Same system, tuned to each trade: the offer, the footage, the questions on the lead form and the time of year that matters.

Roofing

Re-roof and repair leads, timed ahead of the first rains.

HVAC

Replacement and install leads from homeowners with aging systems, before the summer heat.

Turf and landscaping

Before and after yard transformations. Our last turf campaign: $23 leads and a $3,000 job closed on $516 of ad spend.

Concrete and hardscape

Patios, pavers and driveways, filtered by project size and timeline.

Remodeling and ADUs

Kitchen, bath, addition and ADU leads, filtered by budget and home ownership.

Plumbing, painting and more

Repipes, water heaters, exterior repaints and other high-value home services.

How it works

One channel, one goal: more estimates on your calendar

  1. Ads built from your real work

Phone footage of your crew, before and afters, or a quick intro from the owner. We write the scripts and do the editing.

  2. Homeowners request a quote

A short lead form asks what they need, when and where, and verifies their phone number, so tire kickers drop off.

  3. Leads hit your phone in seconds

You get a text with every answer, and the homeowner gets an instant text back from your business.

  4. We test, cut and scale

Weak ads get turned off, winners get more budget, and fresh creative goes out every month.

Proof

Real numbers, honestly reported

  • 22 homeowner leads
  • $23 per lead
  • $3K job closed from 3 quotes
  • ~6x return on ad spend

Our last campaign, for a San Diego County turf and hardscape company, brought in 22 homeowner leads at $23 each. Every lead was called within minutes, and 3 got quotes, and one became a $3,000 closed job, on $516 of ad spend.

Roofing leads usually cost more than turf leads because the jobs are bigger and more homeowners are shopping around. We'll give you a realistic estimate for your area before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Questions

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly management fee that starts in the low four figures, plus your ad budget, which you pay Meta directly on your own card. No commission on your jobs and no setup fee. Exact numbers depend on your area and goals, so we go over them on a short call.

What do leads cost?

It depends on the trade. Our last turf and hardscape campaign averaged $23.46 per lead. Roofing usually runs about $50 to $100 per lead in San Diego. See the full roofing lead cost guide or run your numbers in the lead calculator.

Do I need to film professional videos?

No. Phone footage of your crew, your trucks and finished jobs works better than polished production. We write the scripts and handle the editing.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The ad account is set up under your business with your card on file, and you have full access to it at all times.

How long until ads are live?

We aim to launch within about a week of onboarding, depending on how quickly we get your footage and account access.

Is there a contract?

We start with a 3 month term. Ads need a few weeks to learn and improve, and 3 months gives us room to show real results.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Nobody controls whether a homeowner signs. What we commit to is a fast launch, constant testing, honest weekly reporting and a direct line to the person running your ads.

Will you work with my competitors?

We take one client per trade per area, so we never compete against ourselves for the same homeowners.
